Effective 20 August 2026.

This End User License Agreement governs use of the QuickBooks Online integration (the “Software”) operated by ERP Blog LLC (“we“, “us”) at forms.erpsoftwareblog.com. By connecting the Software to a QuickBooks Online company, you agree to these terms.

1. Internal use only

The Software is an internal administrative tool. We grant authorised personnel of ERP Blog LLC a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it solely to administer our own membership billing. The Software is not licensed, sold or made available to customers, members or any other third party.

2. Permitted use

The Software may be used only to read and maintain accounting records in a QuickBooks Online company that we own and are authorised to administer. It must not be connected to a QuickBooks Online company belonging to anyone else.

3. Restrictions

You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell or publish the Software; use it to access accounting data you are not authorised to access; or attempt to circumvent the authorisation controls of the site or of Intuit.

4. Accounting data

The Software writes to live accounting records. Changes it makes, including creating or removing items and recurring transaction templates, take effect in QuickBooks Online immediately. Users are responsible for confirming that any change is correct before applying it, and for maintaining their own backups and audit trail in QuickBooks Online.

5. Intuit

QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online are trademarks of Intuit Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Intuit. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to your own agreement with Intuit.

6. No warranty

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ERP Blog LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profit, arising from use of the Software.

8. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you stop being authorised personnel of ERP Blog LLC, or if the Software is disconnected from the QuickBooks Online company. We may modify or withdraw the Software at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
