The QuickBooks Online integration connects the membership and billing systems at forms.erpsoftwareblog.com to the QuickBooks Online company file operated by ERP Blog LLC. It is an internal administrative tool. It is not offered to the public, and it cannot be connected to a QuickBooks company by anyone outside our organisation.
What the integration does
- Creates and maintains the service items used on membership invoices.
- Creates, updates and removes recurring transaction templates for members billed directly in QuickBooks Online.
- Reads customer records and company information so that members can be matched to their QuickBooks records.
It requests a single permission scope from Intuit: com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting. It does not request access to payroll or payments data.
Who can use it
Only administrators signed in to forms.erpsoftwareblog.com. Connecting, reconnecting and disconnecting are all performed from the Settings screen inside that site’s administration area.
Connect or reconnect
Authorised administrators can open the QuickBooks API settings page and choose “Connect to QuickBooks”. You will be asked to sign in to Intuit and approve access to the company file. Reconnecting follows the same route and replaces the previous authorisation.
